Mike is knowledgeable, personable and a amazingly talented tradesman. Him and his crew are all very thoughtful and throughout in their work and they will take care of any issues you might have even after the work is complete. I had a Crack in my passenger side mirror that I hadn't noticed until after picking up my truck once repaired. I called to ask if Mike noticed it. Although he hadn't, he ordered a new glass and offered to replace it free of charge. I asked what that glass cost Mike and he replied " right around $140". The way they go out of their way to make things right is incredible and I would send any one of my friends and/ or family to Mike for collision repairs. He... they all get, a 10/ 10 from me! Dropped a hood off to be painted by them and they did a great job! Couldn't be happier with how it came out. Would definitely work with them again.

Mike was extremely helpful and did a phenomenal job on my SUV collision, vehicle vs deer. The communication, quality, service, and efficiency were top of the line. I had an extremely challenging situation with GEICO that did not end well for me (financially) but Mike helped me navigate and push forth through insurance resistance.

I have had my fair share of fender benders to deal with over the years and have used many body shops as the owner of a taxi company. Underground Paint Shop has been by far and away the absolute best repair shop! Professional, easy to work with and really cost effective with an attention to detail that I have not found anywhere in the Greater Rochester Area. Always a perfect job or they won't let it go out the door.

Underground Paint did and amazing job on my 2003 Lexus is300! Full paint job in satin black. The price was great and they went the extra mile to make it perfect.
